David Hockney artwork

We have been describing settings in our English learning.  We travelled through a magic mirror into Shrek's swamp and generated amazing adjectives to describe other settings from Shrek.

To lead on from that we looked at some paintings of the artist David Hockney, who has painted lots of different pictures of woods in the english countryside.  We noticed that he uses lots of different colours and we found out he even paints on his IPad!

We used different techniques to create our pictures.  Can you guess what they are?
