Ice cream

We wanted to know how you make ice cream using milk so today we made some. Miss Johnston showed us how to make banana ice cream. All you need is bananas, milk and a bit of sugar and thou whisk them together to make a liquid(mash the bananas first). The ice cream machine needs to have a cold bowl and a paddle which churns the ingredients and makes the mixture thicker.

Although most of us said we didn't like banana ice cream, almost everyone had second helpings!
