Today started with an assembly where we listened to a Buddhist story about a swan. We reflected on the message in the story which taught us not to be greedy. Then we went into the hall and danced with Jaymini. We recreated a dance from a Bollywood film. You can do this too if you come to the Open Evening of Learning tomorrow!
After play we watched a cookery demonstration; we learnt to cook chickpea curry and rice. We enjoyed smelling the different spices. Some of us enjoyed eating the curry afterwards... some of us went back for thirds!
This afternoon we learnt about Sikhism. We learnt about the 5 Ks.
