Save The Rainforest!

As part of our learning about South America we have been finding out about the Amazon Rainforest. We read books and watched videos. Then we found out that the rainforest is being cut down for land, materials and planting. We decided to make posters to tell people reasons to stop cutting it down. First we imagined we were transported into the rainforest and discussed what we heard, saw, felt and smelled. This helped us to realise why it is so important to look after our work. We then planned and drew our posters, using because and do to explain.
