Before finding out about Esther and Haman and the festival of Purim we talked about why religions have special stories. Here are our initial ideas.
"Because it reminds them of a special person" - Alfie
"Remind them of their God" - Harry
Afterwards we decided that stories were easy to learn and often had a moral that taught us something.
