Painting

We have been reading The Magic Paintbrush this week and wanted to do some of our own paintings.  We used nature as inspiration and sketched some flowers.  Then we chose a purple flower to sketch on a bigger scale and used different sized paintbrushes to paint the flower head with detail.  We found the thin paintbrushes rather difficult to use, but persevered!
