We have been learning a new song called the Hairy Scary Castle. We learnt the words and the sequence of the song first, then added actions and instruments. We worked on singing in tune, using our hands to help us sing higher or lower notes. We performed the song as a band then evaluated it against our WILF list (What I'm Looking For).
This was our list:
- all joining in
- singing the words
- playing instruments at the right time
- singing in tune
- remembering the sequence
