2R maths investigation

In maths today we were challenged to make a chair out of multilink!  We then needed to extend our learning by making a bigger and smaller chair.  Some of us thought these could be the chairs for the three bears! Or to make a table that the chair fitted under. The children recognised all the learning that was taking place, we were learning about size, we were learning to measure, we were learning to compare and we were learning to sequence.  The children were very proud of their tables and chairs and reflected on their successes.
