"Order in the court room!"
As an introduction to our poetry topic and Goldilocks play, we went to court today! Mr Mongelard turned 2P into a courtroom and we put Goldilocks on trial to see if she was guilty of breaking into the 3 Bears house. We used our voices to create a character voice, we projected our voices for the audience to hear us and we listened to the arguments so that we could make a decision.
What do you think, was Goldilocks guilty or not guilty?
We had a Judge, a Jury, a Defendant, Defence Lawyers and Prosecution Lawyers... The 3 Bears even came!
The Prosecution told the court why Goldilocks should be found guilty.
The Defence told us why Goldilocks should be found innocent.
The Bears were witnesses for the case.
Finally, the jury cast their vote...
